This is opened as a remodeled shopping center from Marui Imai Department store in Asahikawa, Hokkaido in June 2011. It is a representative commercial facility in northern Hokkaido and located at the center of Asahikawa stationfront park. We were entrusted with its renewal project in January 2012 and did renewal planning and tenant leasing. From July 2116, we were entrusted with its property management service and took over tenant leasing. This is a nine-floor building excluding a basement floor in the total area of 40,195m2. There are 52 stores such as fashion, sports, variety goods, grocery, and book, a kid’s community facility, and a call center where over 1,000 people work.
