PROD was entrusted with the exclusive retail real estate development for Apple’s captive stores in Japan in 2002. Starting at Apple Ginza, PROD developed their first seven retail sites in Japan, which are located in a prime location of each city, by using our nationwide network.
Apple Ginza gave a big impact to the public by opening their first store in Ginza which is well known as an area for top fashion. At the opening, over 5,000 people made a line, and a long row of people welcomed Apple’s opening in each city.
We keep working on retail real estate development at the time.
