I had been dreaming to establish a company making people’s lifestyle rich, which is diverse and flexible, not uniformed, in each area. With this dream, I established PROD.
Based on our business experiences since the creation period of outlet mall in Japan, we have high reputations on planning and operating supervision for outlet mall. However, our business isn’t limited just to commercial facility. We domestically and internationally do business that enriches people’s lifestyle according to where they live by working with members of our business group. Not only planning and developing supports for complex facilities and retail real estate development for domestic and international brands in both Japan and overseas, we propose a new business corresponding to environment of the times.
“PROD” means to stimulate, encourage, and inspire in computer term. This name stimulates ourselves and also we stimulate our environment getting into a rut or uniformed.

1996Entrusted with business change consultation and tenant leasing from Nishizawa Department Store in Sasebo, Nagasaki.
1997Entrusted with planning service changing JR Nagasaki Sta. building to a commercial complex, which was opened as “Nagasaki Amu Plaza in 2000.”
1998Resigned PARCO and started consulting services for commercial facilities and complexes. Entrusted with plan development, consultation, and tenant leasing for commercial facilities related to trading firms, railway companies, and major developers.
1999Entrusted with concept development, consultation, zoning, and leasing services for the Japan branch of one of the biggest outlet malls in the US “Premium Outlet” developed by “Chelsea G.C.A”, known as Simon Property Group currently, Mitsubishi Real Estate, and Sojitsu. Also joined to Chelsea Japan and assigned to the opening director to plan and supervise opening duties
2000Engaged in opening duties for “Gotemba Premium Outlet Mall”, the very first American style outlet mall in Japan and “Rinku Premium Outlet Mall”, the second branch in Osaka, and then assigned to the operating and managing director after opening.
2002Resigned Chelsea Japan, established the limited company named PROD, and started total consulting services.
