“moyuk SAPPORO” opened on July 20, 2023, as a large mixed-use facility featuring a 28-story high-rise apartment building, and in March 2024, we started its property management.

The commercial zone features 31 stores, including Hokkaido’s first urban aquarium “AOAO,” a SONY’s experiential shop “SONY STORE,” the large popular lifestyle store “LOFT,” and the first “Standard Products”, the sister brand of the 100-yen shop DAISO, in Sapporo. As a new landmark in the heart of Sapporo, directly connected to Tanukikoji street, the underground shopping mall, and Ekimae-dori Street, it is being utilized not only by local residents of Sapporo but also by many domestic and international tourists.

In addition to property management, we also handle sales promotion, event coordination, leasing activities, as well as the development of strategies for enhancing property value, along with proposal and execution tasks. We will continue to implement “Value-Up Management” to increase the overall value of the facility from all aspects.
